Prospect
This role is in the online sales hub, managing leads across Pakenham CARCO and Berwick Mitsubishi.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound enquiries, warm leads, and existing customers.
* Build rapport quickly and guide customers from enquiry to purchase.
* Make outbound calls, follow up leads, and reengage prospects.
* Handle objections, build trust, and keep conversations on track.
* Maintain a tight follow‐up cadence, ensuring the pipeline stays active and nothing sits idle.
* Work multiple deals simultaneously, driving consistency through volume and discipline.
About You
* Confident on the phone, able to turn conversation into results.
* Comfortable managing inbound and outbound lead follow‐up.
* Build rapport quickly, ask the right questions, and guide customers toward a decision.
* Resilient, stays focused after calls that do not convert.
* Proven experience in a high‐volume, phone‐based sales environment; automotive dealership experience ideal, but telco, solar, or similar backgrounds are also valued.
* Motivated by earning potential and ready to perform consistently.
