About this Opportunity
* We are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to provide administrative support directly to Partners, senior Lawyers and their extended junior teams in Melbourne.
Role Overview
* Manage finance requirements including high volume end of month invoicing and debtors' management.
* Facilitate the life cycle of a matter, including opening new matters, undertaking conflict checks and maintaining electronic files.
* Perform day-to-day tasks such as answering calls, processing incoming mail and preparing correspondence.
* Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while liaising with clients, third parties and national team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You have a background in legal administration and are seeking a career in legal support.
* You are an enthusiastic team player committed to providing a high level of administrative support.
* You are organized, efficient and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
* You have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, as well as Elite 3E or other finance software.
