The Experience Checklist: 2 years’ experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role in fashion or lifestyle retail A strong people leader who thrives on coaching, developing and supporting a team Commercially minded with a solid understanding of KPIs, sales performance and store budgets Confident supporting daily operations including rostering, stock and trade management Hands-on and passionate about delivering an engaging, high-energy customer experience A natural communicator with the ability to build relationships and lead with impact What's Next?
