Job Description
As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support for our range of mineral processing and weighing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and process improvement tasks.
* Conduct inspections, testing, problem identification, and root cause analysis.
* Support Aftermarket Technical Support Representatives and Customer Service Representatives.
* Prepare scopes of work for ongoing customer maintenance.
* Promote Sandvik products and services.
* Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment design and process upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, technical reporting, and excellent customer relationship management.
