THE ROLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated customer service team member to join our growing office team. No prior experience required, just a desire the work with our customers ensuring that they have an amazing experience when they interact with Think Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be provided with on-the-job training.
ROLE SPECIFICS
* Customer service via telephone, email and face to face.
* Discuss, interpret and quote customer's fencing and decking requirements.
* Computer expertise including CRM management (eg. Hubspot), E-mails, Online Accounting System (Xero), Payment Gateways, Google Suite and Spreadsheets.
* Working with other departments to ensure our customers have a great experience when they interact with us.
* Dispatching and tracking orders Australia Wide.
* Administration tasks such as stocktake, ordering and filing.
SELECTION CRITERIA
* Previous customer service experience in a trade services environment is highly desirable.
* Contagious enthusiasm and a relentless commitment to ensuring our customers have a great experience when dealing with us.
* CRM experience. eg. Hubspot.
* A strong "can do" attitude / Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $56,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Portarlington, VIC 3223
