The Opportunity As a Leading Hand – PDI, you’ll support the supervision and coordination of assembly and commissioning of Komatsu machinery, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and apprentices. Oversee assembly, commissioning and PDI activities. Plan, schedule and allocate work to maximise productivity. Provide technical support and guidance to the team. Monitor job progress, costs and quality outcomes. Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams. What we are looking for Trade qualification (essential). Previous leadership exposure or experience with the ability to delegate. Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment. Professional self-starter, with attention to detail. Ability to lead, coach and develop a team. Strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency. Forklift licence (desirable). Why work for us!
