Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the following volunteer roles:
o Mentor Coordinator
+ Assist with mentor application processing and onboarding administration
+ Maintain mentor records and training attendance
o Mentee Coordinator
+ Help schedule mentee meetings and track progress
+ Update mentee databases and document key interactions
o Marketing & Communications Coordinator
+ Support newsletter mailouts and social media scheduling
+ Assist with formatting and proofing content
* General Duties:
o Maintain and update program databases and shared files
o Coordinate Zoom and calendar bookings for meetings and events
o Assist in preparing reports, forms, and correspondence
o Help prepare training materials and evaluation surveys
o Track volunteer participation and event attendance
o Assist with document updates and version control
o Provide general admin support to the leadership team as required
