Our team specialises in reducing cost and risk across our supply base. We partner with all areas of the business to develop and execute sourcing and contracting strategies that innovatively deliver sustainable value to our customers. Within the wider Procurement team sits the Maintenance, Engineering & Facilities team of which you will play a vital role.
**About the role**:
This role will see you oversee and coordinate the Facilities Management function of a 2-year transitional services agreement between three key stakeholders: Coles Group, our major facilities management partners, and the incoming owners of a Coles Group business that has recently sold. Your role is to ensure service delivery is maintained, maintenance & project costs are monitored, communication lines are clear, and the coming transition is seamless.
You will also:
- Monitor and report on maintenance activity which relates to the transitional service agreement
- Record and report on performance of procurement initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Provide support to Coles key stakeholders to ensure no operational or financial impacts to the ongoing Facilities Maintenance services to Coles Group
- Assist with the coordination and development of corporate plans, maintenance budgets and forecasts
- Represent Coles Maintenance, Engineering & Facilities team on any projects that overlap
**About you and your skills**:
You will need:
- Prior experience and understanding of Facilities Maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels of management
- Experience in leveraging financial and operational results and data to create meaningful business insights
- Experience in the use of reporting, analytical and data visualisation tools
- Proven knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements applicable to maintenance
- Great organisational skills
- This role would suit Facility Managers or experienced Senior Facility Coordinators looking to take the next step in their career
