Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join our dynamic team in Wingfield, Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in warehouse operations and logistics. In this hands‐on role, you will be instrumental in supporting our daily warehouse operations, ensuring stock is managed effectively, orders are processed accurately, and our facility is maintained to the highest standards. You may also assist with local deliveries to customers as required. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, hardworking, and genuinely interested in developing expertise in warehousing and inventory management.
* Work safely at all times, proactively contributing to a strong "safety‐first culture" and adhering to all workplace health and safety protocols
* Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently to meet operational targets
* Maintain appropriate stock levels and assist with inventory control processes, ensuring accurate record‐keeping
* Organize and maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and well‐presented condition
* Process customer orders in a timely manner with meticulous attention to detail
* Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in accordance with safety guidelines
* Assist with local customer deliveries when required, representing our organization professionally
* Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and support a positive, inclusive work environment
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding inventory discrepancies or operational challenges
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn. Ideally, you will have:
* A strong commitment to workplace health and safety with the ability to follow procedures consistently
* An enthusiastic and dependable work ethic with excellent reliability and punctuality
* Good communication skills and a collaborative, team‐focused mindset
* A current driver's license
* Physical fitness and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software
* An interest in warehousing, logistics, or the broader supply chain industry
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing warehouse demands
* Forklift experience or a High‐Risk Forklift License or wiling to learn
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential—we're happy to provide comprehensive training and support for the right candidate who demonstrates commitment and enthusiasm for the role
