* Contribute to executive management teams in developing and implementing policies, strategies, and programs
* Lead a team of Operations Managers, providing feedback on performance and development opportunities

Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience within a Correctional Services environment
* Knowledge of current legislative requirements pertaining to a correctional environment
* Completed or currently completing the Victorian Prison Officer preserve training (or relevant jurisdiction equivalent)
