The exciting opportunity
* Variety of shifts available across all days
* Assist residents with activities of daily living at our beautiful 135 bed Blue Haven aged care facility in Kiama
* Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home environment
* Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents' care
* Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, person-centred care

About you
* Proven track record as a Personal Care Worker / Assistant in Nursing in residential aged care
* Motivated, flexible, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
* Personable, respectful, and with strong communication and customer service skills
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
* Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
