Are you a highly skilled professional seeking a new challenge in administration? Our client, a thriving manufacturing business based in Toowoomba, is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.
This role offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time hours, with flexible working times tailored to suit your needs. You will be responsible for answering and directing all telephone calls, greeting customers, and performing various administrative duties.
The successful applicant will have a range of duties including:
* Answering and directing all telephone calls
* Greeting of customers and general reception duties
* Accounts receivable & Accounts payable
* Proof reading and sending of quotations
* Typing of various correspondence
* General office filing (both hard and electronic files)
* Banking tasks
* Any other general administration duties as required
The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, work without supervision, and have excellent time management skills. Additionally, experience with MYOB/Bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
