Job Description
You will lead a dynamic and tight knit team within our Buddina branch based on the Sunshine Coast. Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your Occupational Rehabilitation career and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service delivery in supporting people return to health, work and life!
Key accountabilities include:
* Lead, coach and support a team of consultants to deliver high quality occupational rehab services
* Drive team performance in achieving positive RTW outcomes and meeting billable targets
* Support onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members
* Manage a small caseload with view to reduce this as team grows
* Overseeing quality assurance, file reviews and compliance with service standards
* Foster a high performing, values driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
* Tertiary allied health
qualifications
in Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
* Current Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Membership with ASORC
* Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role preferred;
* Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
