The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Clinical Services Manager to drive organisational growth and operational efficiency.
You'll wear multiple hats, from HR to finance, IT to compliance, and bring clarity and calm to everyday operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly
* Leading with heart and supporting team members to excel in their roles
* Managing finances, budgets, and payroll
* Maintaining compliance with WHS, HR frameworks, and other regulatory requirements
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes
* Jumping in where needed to support the team
* Representing the organisation and building strong connections with partners
