The role seeks a Property Finance Analyst who will be the architect of financial strategy, sculpting the landscape of our investment portfolio with precision and foresight. From the gleaming towers of downtown districts to the cozy corners of residential havens, your expertise will chart the course of our investments, navigating the currents of risk and opportunity with confidence and finesse. Armed with spreadsheets as your canvas and data as your palette, you'll craft intricate financial models that breathe life into our boldest ambitions, whilst unraveling these tales, to decipher the language of financial trends and market dynamics. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Crunching numbers and analyzing financial data to evaluate property investments. Researching markets to uncover trends and opportunities in real estate. Experience in managing Accounts receivable and payable, arrears and accrued payments Assessing the feasibility of potential projects and crafting financial models to forecast performance. Identifying and mitigating risks to optimize investment strategies. Managing portfolios and communicating financial insights to stakeholders. Requirements: Background in Accounting or Finance Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable Experienced in Retail Property receivable and payable, arrears and accrued payments Working knowledge of JDE (Strongly considered) and Yardi Proven record of strong Excel skills (must have) Knowledge of property and leasing management (advantageous if worked as retail/commercial leasing executive or property manager) Strong attention to detail and communication skills Extra Details: Location: Docklands, Victoria Immediate Start!!
