The Strategy & Marketing Manager at Bolster is the vital link between our Media and Creative teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering the best possible solutions for our clients across all channels—owned, earned, and paid.
This role works closely with our entertainment clients, as well as select brand clients, helping them connect with culture in meaningful and impactful ways. Acting as an extension of our clients’ in-house marketing teams, the Strategy & Marketing Manager provides essential support during peak periods, offering strategic expertise and hands-on execution to meet their goals.
The position is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of all-encompassing, results-driven marketing campaigns, while strengthening client relationships and internal workflows.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
**Strategy, Marketing Execution & Campaign Project Management 70%**
Strategy
- Collate super-succinct brief documents with urgency in close collaboration with clients, including the compilation of existing collateral, brand guidelines and campaign resources
- Conduct desktop research and reviews of previous campaigns to inform approach
- Develop holistic marketing plans (predominantly) for tours and festivals, across all channels - owned, earned and paid
- Provide generalist marketing expertise across PR, paid media, organic social, OOH, radio and team-oriented marketing partnerships (influencers, venues, ticketing outlets)
- Effectively delegate tasks to the specialist teams and act on behalf of the client to oversee the delivery of work, ensuring the requirements of the brief and campaign KPIs are fulfilled
- Remain a step ahead to mitigate risk but also to capitalise on opportunities to provide further value to the client (e.g. prepare considerations for on-ground content capture to build archive)
Marketing Execution
- Oversee digital marketing across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic display, audio, video and digital OOH (to be delivered by the Bolster Campaign Manager)
- Social media marketing including content compilation / creation, planning and scheduling, with the assistance of the Bolster Creator & Community Manager
- Landing page creation, website updates, set-up of tracking and monitoring of analytics
- EDM management including audience segmentation, builds and scheduling
- Generate, adapt and edit copy in line with best practice for each channel
- Monitor performance with the Media and Creative teams, formulate reporting insights together and keep client informed of progress
- Optimise campaign activity across all channels to meet client objectives
Campaign Project Management
- Serve as the key conduit between the paid, earned and owned teams (Media, PR, Creative)
- Develop and maintain campaign budgets and timelines, keep project documentation up-to-date and accurate
- Oversee the production of content from external freelancers and contractors
- Act as the main point of contact and intermediary for revision rounds between client and creatives
- QA all campaign outputs, ensuring alignment with the project objectives, KPIs, key milestones, budget and contract deliverables
- Lead the consolidation of campaign reporting, pulling the reporting from each different
