Retail Butcher Responsibilities
* Performing display window and pre-pack cutting tasks.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Breaking down pork, chicken, and lamb carcasses.
* Undertaking general butchering duties including mincing, sausage-making, and value-adding processes.
* Conducting general daily cleaning duties to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
Wholesale Butcher Responsibilities
* Demonstrated experience in portioning and order cutting.
* Skilled in pork carcass breakdown and trimming.
* Skilled in slicing and dicing primals for wholesale distribution.
* Performing general butchering tasks such as mincing, sausage-making, and crumbing.
* Fulfilling general daily cleaning duties to ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
