Join the Tibaldi team as a full-time, National Account Manager (Aldi) based in Clayton Victoria.

**Your Story**
As National Account Manager (Aldi) at Tibaldi you will be part of the Sales & Marketing team based in Clayton, Victoria reporting to the Head of Retail and will be involved in:
- Developing and managing sales budgets to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Enhancing forecast accuracy to optimize inventory management and meet customer demand effectively.
- Monitoring Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT) metrics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Driving achievement of sales targets, including pursuing incremental new business opportunities.
- Overseeing product distribution strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Leading the annual budgeting process for the Aldi account, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Role will require you to use your knowledge of:
- Demonstrated experience in grocery account management (Aldi preferred).
- Experience and understanding of sales data & analytics.
- Experience in working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment with a focus on the big picture.
- Experience in range planning and/or strategic category and promotional plan(s) development (ideally JBP planning with Aldi, Coles or WW).
- NPD project management experience preferred, not essential.
- Maintaining Exceptional networking skills coupled with a positive mindset, dedicated to achieving set goals.
- A current driving license is an essential to have.
As part of the Sales & Marketing team you will:
- Be an adaptable, innovative team player, willing to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills and good sense of judgement on confliction priorities.
- Work collaboratively to partner with key business stakeholders including from Operations, Production, Quality and Assurance, Research and Development, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, Marketing and HR.
- Be 'hands-on' with everyone from our entry level roles to the CEO.
