Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and personable, casual Bartender to join our team and deliver memorable guest experiences across our outlets. Whether you're expertly mixing cocktails at Moku Beach Club or serving wine and beer at Moku Bar and Grill, you'll contribute to making every visit special.
What You'll Do
* Welcome guests warmly and offer knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience
* Take orders and serve drinks efficiently, keeping service smooth and energetic
* Maintain a clean, well‑stocked and inviting bar area at all times
* Support events and functions, helping to create a lively and engaging atmosphere
* Accurately manage bartending tasks including inventory control
Qualifications
* A friendly, approachable attitude with a guest‑focused mindset
* Strong knowledge of beverages including, cocktails, wines, and spirits
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles
* A positive team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
