Position:
* Maintenance Coordinator
* Site Based - Client's Site - Working Directly with the Client.
Roster:
* 8/6.
* FIFO or Local to Port Hedland.

Core Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage unplanned breakdowns to ensure equipment is back operable in a timely manner and breakdown reports (including damage reports) are completed.
* Provide input into the planning of maintenance works and the structure of the teams to enable safe and efficient execution of works.
* Perform site safety functions including reviewing and signing Task Based Risk Assessments (JHA), participating in on-site safety meetings and actioning findings identified through safety audits in a timely manner.
* Drive an improvement culture within the maintenance and wider team specifically in the areas of safety and production.
* Monitor and manage contractor's/sub-contractor's compliance with site access requirements.
* Prompt completion of supporting and reporting documentation and 1SAP administration.
* Monitor maintenance work progress and contractor resource capability and capacity.
* Coordination of equipment mobilisation to ensure compliance with relevant company and Australian standards
Skills and Experience:
* Current full West Australian "C" class motor vehicle license or current equivalent Australian State motor vehicle license.
* Experience in work management is essential.
* Strong computer skills using 1SAP Plant Maintenance, AMT, Microsoft Office suite and Power BI.
* Maintenance background and a trade certificate is desirable.
* Ability to influence, engage with & communicate effectively with team members.
