Job Overview

This role requires an IT professional to deliver high-quality, user-focused support for enterprise desktop platforms. The successful candidate will have extensive experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, with a strong understanding of endpoint management, scripting, and automation.


Main Responsibilities:

* Deliver advanced support across all user-facing IT services, including service desk triage, priority support, and walk-up assistance.
* Manage and maintain enterprise desktop environments, including deployment, patching, and configuration of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Package and deploy applications using tools such as PowerShell and Intune, ensuring reliable delivery across environments.
* Support hardware and software asset lifecycle and IT service management governance, including provisioning, tagging, CMDB updates, and decommissioning.
* Mentor team members and contribute to process improvement and compliance activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Extensive experience supporting enterprise desktop platforms, with strong hands-on skills in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
* Proven experience managing SOEs and application packaging, including scripting or automation using tools like PowerShell and Intune.
* ITIL v4 Foundation certified, with proficiency in ITSM platforms such as Ivanti or ServiceNow.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience delivering training or onboarding sessions.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
