We're now looking for a warm, efficient, and customer-focused Optical Dispenser or Optical Receptionist to join our team.
About the role
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You'll be the first friendly face our patients meet and an essential part of the smooth running of our practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting patients and providing an outstanding first impression
* Answering calls and managing appointments with a professional and friendly phone manner
* Assisting patients with eyewear selection, fitting, and adjustments
* Supporting our optometrists with administrative and clinical coordination tasks
* Helping maintain an organised and calm environment that reflects our standard of care
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
* Kind, courteous, and genuinely enjoys people
* Well-presented and professional in both manner and communication
* Efficient and detail-oriented with good computer skills
* Able to work collaboratively in a supportive, small team
* Experienced in optical dispensing or reception (preferred, though training can be provided for the right person)
