 
        
        Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
The role of a Human Resources Business Partner is pivotal in the success of an organisation. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Australia to drive business outcomes.
This is a full-time ongoing position primarily based at our office. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of three days per week from the office.
Key Requirements:
 * A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field is essential.
 * At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Partnering role, particularly in industrial matters, is required.
 * Demonstrated expertise in investigations, case management, and award interpretation within a large-scale fast-paced environment is necessary.
 * Strong organisational skills, with proven capacity to manage multiple projects, are vital.
 * Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and exercise influence in diverse contexts, are crucial.
Knowledge of the community services sector is highly valued.
