With the real estate industry undergoing major change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents.


About the Role

The Account Executive identifies sales leads, presenting ActivePipe to new and existing ANZ customers, consults with decision makers to close the sale and maintains professional relationships with all contacts. The focus of this role is prospect management, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion.


What you'll have and do to succeed

* Build, maintain and apply a high level of knowledge on ActivePipe's products
* A hunter and farmer mindset: Identify, qualify and close new and upsell business opportunities
* Cold calling - outbound calls to potential customers
* Schedule demos to present ActivePipe to prospective customers
* Use your consulting and presenting skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions based on individual customer needs
* Use your ability to consult and build relationships to manage multiple decision makers throughout the sales cycle
* Build and maintain business relationships with new and potential customers
* Create and maintain a database of prospective clients, which is managed through our CRM Salesforce
* Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers are delighted throughout the entire customer experience
* Collaborate with the ANZ Sales Manager on sales goals, planning and forecasting operating rhythms
* Maintain short-term and long-term business development plans
* Be an ambassador for ActivePipe - always representing our brand, mission and values

Experience in the following areas

* 2 years SaaS sales experience is highly preferred
* Making outbound cold calls
* Managing CRM hygiene
* Providing both remote and in-person product demonstrations
* Public Speaking
* Familiarity with revenue forecasting
* Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and/or mortgage broker industry is favourable.

* Excellent sales skills including high level ability to effectively articulate sales value proposition to customers
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to influence and persuade
* Strong organisation and planning skills
* Aptitude for technology
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Ability to work independently within a team
* Exemplary customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset
* High level of enthusiasm and motivation with a positive attitude and growth mindset
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in Business Development or an Account Executive position
