Robert Half is exclusively partnered with a Leading Tourism Player in Gold Coast and they are looking for an IT Support Engineer to assist with a Windows 11 upgrade project. You'll be assisting with the following:-
* Assisting with a nationwide Windows 11 upgrade.
* Assist with re-imaging and building hardware.
* Travelling to different sites to assist with hardware deployment and providing timely technical support to end users.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Intune, Azure AD and Office 365 applications.
* Escalate issues to appropriate teams.
Details:
* 5 days WFO in Bundall.
* Working in a Microsoft & Windows 11 environment.
* Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week.
* Possibility of extensions are highly likely.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a desktop support or field technician role.
* Decent knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra), Intune and experience using an ITSM tool.
* Basic understanding of hardware & networking concepts and troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
