As a Community Occupational Therapist, you will be working in the Wagga Wagga area to provide community-based Occupational Therapy that enhances the lives of our customers.
The day-to-day activities involve providing evidence-based clinical care with a focus on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs. You will deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs. This includes prescribing aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
You will collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes and engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.

To succeed in this role, preferred experience is in community or hospital OT settings. Qualifications include an Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration. A valid driver's licence and insured vehicle are also required.
