Role & Responsibilities: Advise clients on value enhancement of portfolios and assets, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within A&M Australia and globally.
Lead consulting engagements alongside Managing Directors and Senior Advisors.
Guide teams through problem solving and data analysis to derive critical insights.
Participate in client origination and business development activities, including proposals and pitches.
Contribute to firm culture, thought leadership, and diversity initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related fields; additional qualifications in business, economics, or commerce.
An MBA is highly regarded.
Experience in management consulting, infrastructure advisory, and industry roles within asset-intensive sectors.
Strong business acumen, communication, and facilitation skills at an executive level.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments.
Collaborative team player capable of working across practices and geographies.
Willingness to travel across regions.
