Overview
Our client is a leading investment firm with a growing presence in the Australia market. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic End User Support Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of our onsite technical support with exceptional communications skills.
Responsibilities
* Provide second-to-none on-site technical support to team members with a friendly and personable demeanor
* Assist with mobile device support, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, while effectively communicating technical solutions in a clear and understandable manner
* Collaborate with global IT team members to elevate complex technical problems and find solutions, contributing positively to team dynamics
* Provide exceptional customer service and communication to ensure a positive user experience, while building rapport with colleagues and stakeholders alike
Qualifications
* Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills.
* Strong technical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving, combined with delivering support with empathy and taking your stakeholders on a journey.
* Well versed in providing varying levels of support, including Level 1 & 2 in a Windows environment experience.
* Experience in providing technical support in large, complex enterprises would be highly regarded.
* Experience working in the Financial Services industry would be highly regarded but not mandatory.
* Experienced with tools such as ServiceNow.
* A true customer-focused approach, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Maturity and professionalism in all interactions, with the ability to navigate business environments and interact confidently with stakeholders.
