We’re looking for a Coding Product Specialist to join our expert team of health information professionals and data technology specialists. If you’re passionate about clinical coding, health information management, product innovation, and client engagement, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
This is a hybrid role based out of our North Sydney Head Office, with flexibility to work from client locations and home.
What You’ll Do
•Provide subject matter expertise across Beamtree’s coding products
•Support product implementation, optimisation, and training
•Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
•Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
•Conduct ICD-10-AM coding audits and contribute to product development
•Create user guides, training materials, and release documentation
•Stay up to date with IHACPA guidelines and coding standards
What You’ll Bring
•Health Information Management or Clinical Coding qualifications
•Eligible for HIMAA full membership
•5–10 years’ experience in HIM/clinical coding
•Auditing qualifications (La Trobe University or equivalent highly desirable)
•Strong knowledge of ICD-10-AM and Activity Based Funding
•Excellent communication and public speaking skills
•Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
•Willingness to travel within Australia (optional overseas travel)
