About the Role
This position involves providing empathetic support to individuals and families affected by traumatic events, critical incidents, and safety risks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough client assessments in office and community settings to identify needs and concerns.
* Offer emotional and practical assistance to victims of crime, domestic violence, or trauma, with a focus on post-incident support.
* Collaborate with security teams and community agencies to enhance client wellbeing and public safety outcomes.
* Liaise with social workers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless referrals and interventions.
* Connect clients with relevant resources, including personal safety devices and duress alarms, to promote their overall safety and wellbeing.
