You will also attend property inspections and occasionally travel interstate for site visits and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable residential properties and land (both on and off-market).
- Conduct thorough research and due diligence to assess investment potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Share market insights and acquisition opportunities with internal teams.
- Coordinate with solicitors, inspectors, and councils for compliance and reporting.
- Present acquisition recommendations based on data and analysis.
Skills & Experience
- Must be based in Australia.
- Strong interest in property, investment, or real estate.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and report writing abilities.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable.
- Previous experience in acquisitions, property research, or real estate is desirable.
