**About the role**:
- Managing the calendar, diary and travel of the State Director and Assistant Director.
- General office administration and support - incoming enquiries; meet and greet; drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Develop strong working relationships with all members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of administrative practices, systems and procedures to optimise efficiency and quality.
- Work to deadlines and respond in a flexible way to changing demands.

**About you**:
- Qualification in Administration, Business Administration, or a similar field is desirable.
- Knowledge of effective administrative systems and processes.
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role with Board members and Executive level managers.
- Ability to communicate simply and effectively, both verbal and written, with a diverse employee group of all levels, recognising potential language barriers and cultural differences.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle changing priorities.
- Competent in electronic communications and Microsoft Office suite.
