**About the role**:
- You will be integral to customer service operations, managing up to 60+ calls a day.
- Representing the brand and its products to current and potential customers
- Managing complaints, enquiries, requests for information, and accounts.
- You will be contributing to the progression of your team, working collaboratively with other departments in the business
- Accumulate a foundational understanding of logistics and regulatory practices around insurance products within Australia.
- You will have the confidence to have engaging conversations with a variety of customers
- You will have the drive to progress your career long term with a company that is passionate about internal promotion.
- Will have experience in customer service and/or sales of services and products.
- Will make the most of every call to offer the best products to suit customers needs.
