Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented individual who can work independently and as part of a team, preparing and presenting food that meets our high standards.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare dough for baking using traditional methods
* Mix and shape sweet and savory pastry fillings to create delicious treats
* Roll out pastry and create baked goods such as cakes, pastries, and bread
* Monitor proving, cooking, and cooling times to ensure optimal results
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to achieve goals
Requirements: Certificate III in Baking or equivalent experience.
