Our purpose-driven approach focuses on community development and addressing health inequalities.Description:About the Allied Health Assistant - Dietetics, DE, CN roleJoin our Dietetics, Diabetes Education and Community Nursing team and work with diverse clients and groups, delivering hands-on care, assisting with programs and helping drive inclusive, person-centred health outcomes. Reporting to the Dietetics, Diabetes Education & Community Nursing Coordinator, this is a ongoing part-time role (0.5 FTE). Offices located in the Northern Suburbs.Your Passion and Commitment will see you:Perform all duties of Grade 1 and 2 AHAsBuild strong, person-centred relationships across teams and servicesAssist with planning, student placements, stock and clinical auditsDeliver safe, high-quality care with minimal supervisionSupport client progress with nutrition risk checks and group sessionsTo succeed in this role you will have:Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent and / or relevant work experience.Minimum three years full-time equivalent experience as a Grade 2 Allied Health Assistant.Current Victorian Driver’s LicenceCurrent First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.For further information about this role, please refer to the position description (available via the YourCH Careers Hub).YourCH Culture & BenefitsYourCH has fostered an organisation-wide supportive and diverse team that allows staff to bring their whole self to work, both personally and professionally.
