Our client is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods across the supply chain and supporting the efficiency of nationwide operations.

About the Role:
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and supporting logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to stores and warehouses, including E‑Commerce. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain inventory accuracy and prevent stock loss across all locations.
* Manage delivery requirements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse teams for timely stock movement and customs clearance.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with warehouses, operations teams, and third‑party logistics providers.
* Support stock‑take activities and monitor logistics KPIs.
* Analyse logistics data to identify operational improvements and support new projects.
* Troubleshoot logistics issues, including those related to automated warehouse systems.
Skills and Experience:
* Strong organisational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential) and logistics software.
* Minimum of two years' experience in logistics operations.
* Experience in retail coordination, automated warehouses, or 3PL management is highly desirable.
* A valid driver's licence.
