Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.


Duties

o Coordinate the creation, delivery, monitoring and review of training and assessment activities for both election staff and internal corporate employees in accordance with TEC policies and legislative requirements.
o Manage the preparation and administration of training resources, and monitor, support and review the progress of staff through training courses.
o Utilise adult learning principles to guide delivery of training and to monitor impact.
o Implement continuous improvement of training processes, outcomes and stakeholder experience.
o Support the Training Activities Plan and monitor and maintain the TEC’s training calendar.
o Maintain the TEC’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure online training materials are effective, up-to-date and fit for purpose.
o Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of election training facilitators.
o Manage email, phone or in-person enquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure training needs of staff are met.
o Support the Training Manager in the creation and administration of an Elections Lab where blended face-to-face, eLearning and simulations will support and maintain election readiness.
o Contribute to the general administration of the Elections and Engagement directorate, including the production of handouts, instructional materials, training documents and manuals.
