Overview
This rapid growing, PE backed tech aggregator are on the lookout for a Financial Controller to join the business on an initial 6 month contract. Reporting into the CFO, this role will be pivotal in building a best in class finance capability that supports an ambitious growth agenda.
Responsibilities
* Lead financial operations, reporting, treasury, and compliance
* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
* Oversee financial systems, controls, and risk management
* Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
* Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
* Partner with senior leadership, shareholders, and external stakeholders
About You / Qualifications
* CA/CPA qualified (Big 4 background highly regarded)
* Proven senior finance leadership in a growth or PE‐backed setting
* Solid technical accounting and reporting skills
* Experience scaling finance systems and processes
* Track record of driving change and building high-performing teams
* Sharp business judgment and ability to act as a trusted advisor to C‐suite
