About your role:

Responsible for the upkeep, gardening & maintenance of our beautiful facility, you will:

* Carry out regular maintenance for buildings, plant and equipment as per the preventative maintenance schedule
* Complete maintenance records and provide regular reports and that any work requiring a trade qualification is undertaken by a qualified provider
* Ensure the site is free of hazards
* Care for all gardens, hedges, walkways and shrubs including mowing of lawns
* Conduct regular inspections of trees, ensuring all branches are kept trimmed and the annual replanting of gardens
* Assist in set up and pack up of functions and activities in the Community Centre

About you:

* Good knowledge of Work Health & Safety requirements
* Able to plan works & complete accurate records including the ability to identify and report on planned and emergent maintenance needs to management.
* Queensland Provisional or above Drivers Licence
