They are now on the hunt for a motivated Leasing Consultant to work on a well-maintained portfolio and be supported by their well-oiled property management team.
**The Position**
In the role of Leasing Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Schedule and attend open for inspections and private inspections
- Develop strong relationships with tenants and landlords
- Prepare lease agreements and sign up new tenants
- Coordinate and update property listings online
- Ad hoc support to the property management team

**The Person**
- Previous real estate experience in a Leasing, Admin or Reception role is advantageous, however not essential - our client will hire on a great attitude and willingness to learn!
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills
- Full of initiative with a 'can do' attitude and passion for real estate
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with outstanding communication skills
- First-class personal presentation and a highly qualified demeanour
- Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
