Loader Operator - Log Grab (Day & Afternoon Shift s available)
Location: Colac, Victoria
Attractive roster structures
We're currently seeking experienced Loader Operators to join our team in Colac. These are permanent full-time roles with two roster options available:
* Day Shift: 7 days on, 7 days off (10-12-hour shifts)
* Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday (38 hours per week withattractiveshift loadings)
As a Loader Operator, you'll be responsible for unloading log trucks, operating loading equipment, and ensuring a steady supply of logs. It's a hands-on role that suits someone with a proactive attitude and a strong focus on safety.
We're after individuals who can communicate well, work reliably within a team, and maintain a calm, positive approach during busy periods.
To be successful, you'll need:
* A forklift license is an advantage (experience with 5–16 tone forklifts preferred, but training can be provided)
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
* Ability to work flexible hours
* Good communication and a team-first mindset
