As a senior member of the Engineering team, you will ensure platform reliability, provide Level 3 support, and contribute to continuous improvement and capability uplift across Engineering and Service Delivery.Key responsibilities include administering and improving Modern Workplace platforms, implementing approved changes, monitoring performance and security compliance, resolving complex incidents, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating across infrastructure, cloud and security domains.To be successful, you will hold relevant qualifications and have demonstrated enterprise experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
