Clinical Nurse Educator, Surgical - Lismore
Join NSW Health as a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) for the Surgical service at Lismore Base Hospital. The role coordinates, delivers and evaluates clinical nursing education programs at a ward/service level and provides clinical supervision to support development of evidence-based, person-centred nursing care in line with the standards, policies and procedures of the Ministry of Health and other statutory authorities.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver clinical nursing education programs at ward/service level.
* Evaluate education outcomes and provide clinical supervision to nursing staff.
* Support development and implementation of evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with health system standards and policies.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance education and practice.
