About the opportunity
With a strong focus on continuous improvement, we're building a culture of innovation and operational excellence across our four factories located in South Australia and New South Wales. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and be part of a collaborative team where your continuous improvement ideas are valued, and your professional growth is supported. More specifically, you will:

• Drive the achievement of machinery uptime optimisation goals

• Ensure preventative and predictive maintenance projects are delivered on time within scope

• Design, manage and enhance site preventative maintenance using D365 Asset Maintenance package and other software

• Ensure repairs are completed to drive optimal reliability of all mechanical equipment

• Provide leadership to maintenance team members including upskilling and enhancing fault finding and diagnostics capabilities

• Effectively manage inventory and suppliers and contractor relationships

• Promote a Zero Harm safety culture aligned with WHS principles

• Travel to other sites approximately once every three weeks

About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:

• Degree qualified in an Engineering disciple (mechanical, manufacturing preferred).

• Reliability and maintenance expertise

• Experience leading small teams

• Positive, proactive attitude, striving for excellence

• Ability to travel interstate as required

• Desirable experience in roll forming, light gauge metal rolling-forming-punching, hydraulics, metal fabrication and the use and management of Preventative Maintenance packages
