Role ResponsibilitiesFull-Time Supervisor
* Running shifts and supporting daily operations
* Leading and motivating the FOH team
* Overseeing bar and floor service
* Ensuring venue setup and pack-down meet standards
* Managing bookings and customer flow
* Cash handling and end-of-day cash-ups
* Ensuring RSA compliance and venue safety
* Jumping in to support service whenever needed
Assistant Restaurant Manager
* Assisting in leading the venue and FOH team
* Training, coaching and developing staff
* Overseeing both bar and floor operations
* Maintaining venue presentation and guest satisfaction
* Assisting with admin, stock control, ordering and compliance
* Acting as second-in-command to the Venue Manager
Required Experience
* 1+ years supervisor or management experience
* Experience opening and closing venues
* Bar experience preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
