The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong business development focus, responsible for expanding the local client base while ensuring safe, profitable, and high-quality service delivery. You will take ownership of branch performance, combining operational leadership with proactive market engagement, client development, and strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Full accountability for WA branch performance, including revenue growth, profitability, safety, and service delivery Actively drive new business development, identifying opportunities, sourcing new clients, and converting work Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders Develop and execute a 12-month growth plan with regular performance reviews Lead and manage service delivery teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget Oversee project and service workflows, resourcing, and forward planning Review and approve quotations, ensuring pricing aligns with margin and growth targets Maintain strong financial controls including labour forecasting, cost management, invoicing, and debt collection Lead, mentor, and develop staff to build a high-performing, commercially aware team Ensure compliance with WHS, QA, and company policies across all operations Key Performance Indicators New business acquisition and revenue growth aligned to Perth market strategy Development and execution of a measurable 12-month growth plan Strong client retention and repeat business ≥95% of projects completed on time and within budget Service backlog maintained within agreed timeframes Accurate and timely monthly financial and operational reporting Effective labour forecasting and resource utilisation About You Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Service Manager Demonstrated success in business development and client growth within technical services Strong commercial acumen with the ability to price work, manage margins, and assess risk Confident, visible leader who can influence teams and clients alike Strong communicator with a professional, relationship-driven approach Decisive, organised, and proactive in identifying opportunities Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior operational or branch management role Background in electrical, security, communications, or building services environments Solid understanding of service-based contracting models Relevant WA industry licences highly regarded (Electrical / Security / Comms) In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
