What you'll contribute to
We're looking for a Senior Forecasting and Reporting Coordinator to play a critical role in shaping Toyota's sales performance through data‐driven insights.
In this role, you'll lead the management, analysis, and reporting of vehicle sales data within the Integrated Planning & Vehicle Logistics business unit—supporting informed decision‐making, setting clear sales objectives, and driving the achievement of volume and profitability targets.
You'll bring clarity to complex data, turning forecasts and insights into meaningful actions that support Toyota's ongoing growth and market leadership.
This is a full‐time, permanent position based at Port Melbourne.
How you'll make an impact
* Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of sales data, analysis, and reporting systems in line with policies and National Sales objectives
* Conduct market and sales forecasting, develop action plans, implement countermeasures, and identify kaizen opportunities to improve system efficiency
* Act as a key liaison for stakeholders across forecasting, inventory planning, and reporting—resolving issues, managing risks, and supporting vehicle sales growth
* Maintain and update the annual sales budget, providing accurate and timely inputs to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
* Coordinate forecasting and reporting forums to ensure sales projections, market fluctuations, and performance insights are clearly communicated across the business

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
* Experience in analysing complex data, preferably in Supply & Demand planning, forecasting and reporting environment
* Successful track record in consulting and presenting to key/senior stakeholders
* Successful track record in time management and dealing with hard deadlines
* Strong understanding of the automotive industry and dealership network is desirable but not essential
