Operational Director Opportunity
This is a pivotal leadership role within our organisation, requiring an experienced professional to drive the strategic direction and operational management of our hospital sites.

Reporting to the Hospitals Group Executive, this position is responsible for ensuring the successful operation of multiple hospital sites, including St Stephens Hospital in Hervey Bay. The successful candidate will have:
* Postgraduate qualifications in finance, business, leadership, or a relevant field.
* Experience with or sound knowledge of the not-for-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage diverse viewpoints and build partnerships to achieve organisational objectives.
2. Provide leadership in professional standards and ethics.
3. Engage stakeholders and promote the public reputation, standing, and brand of the hospitals.
