Supervisor - Domestic Services *******)
Department of Health, Tasmania is looking for a Supervisor – Domestic Services to oversee cleaning, linen and waste management operations across North West Regional Hospital.
This leadership role is for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting teams and working closely with clinical units to deliver essential services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage rosters, staffing and resources.
Support staff wellbeing, performance development and training.
Build effective partnerships with Unit Managers and the wider Corporate Services team.
This role would suit an experienced Hotel Services leader seeking to apply their expertise in a healthcare setting.
You will work with a committed team who share your commitment to delivering timely, safe and high-quality care to our local communities.

Details of Appointment
Permanent, full-time day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join the team.
Role has some on-call requirements.
Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Requirements
Experience in the delivery of cleaning and waste management services in a large multidisciplinary setting.
Advanced rostering skills and experience working with information systems.
High level communication, interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to effectively coach team members.

Salary
$81,915 to $94,263 per annum.
Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement ****.
