Property Sales Specialist
About the Role:
As a Property Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for sales and customer service in real estate development and sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions that meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet clients, conducting site tours and property presentations
* Provide expert advice on properties and market conditions
* Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads
* Assist buyers through the inspection process and provide professional services
* Maintain high-level customer relationships and achieve sales targets
What We Are Looking For:
* Current Certificate of Registration or License (willing to obtain)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Excellent phone manner and ability to build strong rapport
* Confident in making cold outbound and inbound calls
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Strong background in property sales, preferably established in land sales or new build sales
* Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
